PRE-Paid by customer with exception to the following: Freight costs included in pallet pricing on Disposable products purchased by a full pallet order (same item# or mixed item#’s) and shipped to one location within the continental U.S.A. in a single delivery.

Lead Time

Normal lead time for product(s) could range from 3-10 business days depending on stock availability and customer’s location in proximity to our warehouses.

Returned Goods, Shortage and/or Damaged Goods

User error of our product(s) is non-refundable. Each user error has documented cause and effect to determine if an issue is of User Error and is easy to identify with these products.
No materials shall be returned without specific authorization from Foam Kit Solutions, LLC. A returned authorization number and shipping instructions must be obtained prior to returning non-conforming goods. Goods returned freight must be prepaid by the customer and/or without written authorization number will not be accepted for return.

RGA Number required. (Please contact customer service to obtain this number.)

Re-Stocking Fees

25% of original invoiced price if product is within three months of expiration and in good, sellable condition. Freight for returned product will be paid by the customer. Charges waived only with the consent of Foam Kit Solutions Sales Manager. No product will be accepted for restock within three months of expiration date.

Shortage and Damage

Title to all merchandise passes to the purchaser at the shipping point. All product shortages and damage are the responsibility of the carrier. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to inspect all received merchandise and to file all resulting claims with carrier.
